The focus for August 9 is consistent ball-strike communication and handling lineup cards. Ensure clear signals for all interference calls at second base. Water and supplies will be available at the main field kiosk.

Weather protocols for today: In event of lightning, officials will suspend play immediately. Re-evaluation occurs every 30 minutes with field managers.
Field 3 ground rules: Any ball hit into the overhanging trees in right field is a dead ball, ground-rule double. Ensure coaches are aware at plate meeting.
Umpire attire: Please remain in full 'Plate' gear for games back-to-back. Hydration stations are located in the SMOA booth behind Field 1.
